We're looking for an administrator to join our team in Motherwell. You will take responsibility for delivering into a high profile client so communication skills and the ability to be proactive are essential.

Ideally, we are looking for candidates who are seeking a role in recruitment. Previous experience is an advantage but not essential.

Duties and responsibilities:
1.Planning and booking staff to meet our customer requirements
2.Being the first point of contact for the temporary workers and having a presence in the warehouse
3.Helping with payroll
4.Recruiting and helping to arrange training over busy peak periods

We are looking for the following qualities from applicants:
1.A good team player
2.Ideally someone who has worked within the Industrial sector
3.Comfortable building relationships with new people and senior individuals
4.Ability to deliver to deadlines under pressure
5.Good communication skills
