Our client are looking for an experienced Administrator/Secretary to support them on a temporary ongoing basis for approximately 3 months. Main responsibilities include:
  • Assisting the Team Manager in booking staff onto courses, maintenance of records, compiling compliance data
  • Assisting the Operations Department in collating and distributing monthly On Call Rota, maintaining records, collating and circulating weekly bed vacancy bulletin, quality monitoring information and reporting
  • Secretarial support in relation to company correspondence and documentation on behalf of the Business Administration Manager as required
  • Administrative support to key meetings as required, including maintenance of schedule of attendance, collation and distribution of Agenda and supporting reports/documents, minute taking and distribution
  • Diary management, travel arrangements and booking accommodation as appropriate
  • Answering the telephone
  • Recording and circulating messages, including emails received
  • Providing cover for Admin Team colleagues as necessary during absences
  • To undertake any ad-hoc tasks or projects as requested by the Chief Executive or the Business Administration Manager as required.

The successful applicant must be in a position to work from home with good administration experience and excellent attention to detail.
