Receptionist role in Rosyth. Full- Time Temporary Contract. Free Parking & Competitive Hourly Rate Offered.

Your new company
Hays Office Support are currently recruiting a Receptionist for their client in Rosyth. This is a temporary contract working full time Monday to Friday. A competitive rate is offered along with free parking. As this is an office based role, you will receive full training on the organisations COVID-19 safeguarding procedures.

Your new role
In your new role, you will provide a high quality and friendly front of house service managing all queries in a highly professional manner. You will answer, screen and forward all incoming calls, ensure all visitors are signed in as required (administrating any security access) and notify relevant contacts when visitors have arrived. You will also oversee all meeting room bookings, manage all incoming and outgoing mail and fulfil any travel, catering or accommodation requests. General HR administrative support many also be required including filing, scanning, data entry and reporting.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you will be an experienced administrative professional with excellent technical skills and strong communication skills. You will be proficient in the use of MS Office Suite and provide fast and accurate data entry. You will have the ability to manage multiple responsibilities ensuring all deadlines are met, while maintaining a positive and confident approach.
