Experienced School Administrator required for a long term role in St Helens

Your new company
I am currently working in partnership with a large Primary School in St Helens town centre to recruit an experienced administrator. You will be working along side an experienced School Business Manager and support the Headteacher and SLT in the daily running of the school whilst providing a comprehensive administration service

Your new role
You will be first point for anyone contacting the school in person or via telephone and be responsible for dealing with all enquiries from parents and carers. You will use SIMS on a daily basis to update pupil records and attendance, contact parents and carers both in writing and over the phone and completing various other administration duties within the office.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience working within a school and have experience using SIMS to manage pupil attendance. The role is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
