A fast growing asset management business in the Centre of London require an professional and experienced Rewards Manager on a 10 month basis.

A well rounded Rewards Manager is needed at an Asset Management company who has a great deal of knowledge in both the role and industry, the role will be a 10 month mat cover and is located in London City.

Key responsibilities of a Rewards Manager would look like;

Managing the Deferred Compensation Scheme based on Annual Regulatory Review

To develop and help the compensation and benefits framework for the company and keep in line with group requirements

Dealing with complex pay and benefits processes globally

Working closely with and reporting to HR Business partners

Manage the transformation and harmonisation of the compensation

Key Requirements of a Rewards Manager;

2-3 years minimum in Financial Services / Asset Management background

Experience or involvement in deferred schemes

Have the ability to build relationships with all levels of stakeholders across the business

Knowledge of regulations and processes

Delivery focused and can work efficiently in a fast passed environment
