I am looking for professional Support Workers who are able to build positive relationships with children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our client is an independent school for children who can no longer live at home because of their exceptional support needs. Many children also have additional problems associated with autism and epilepsy, including self-injury, aggression, and disruptive behavior.

Essential skills:
  • Ability to communicate with service users who have complex and multiple learning disabilities including challenging behavior
  • Positive and 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to drive due to a rural location
