We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic candidate to join our client on a temporary basis. Working alongside their existing Sales Team supporting with various projects and administration duties. This position will be fast paced, requires attention to detail and someone with excellent administration skills. You should be highly organised and hold and efficient working ethic to be suitable for this position.

Start: ASAP
Location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire
Hourly Rate: £Negotiable
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm or 9am - 5:30pm
Duration: 4 - 6 weeks with a possible extension

  • Responsibility for managing the sales enquiry email inbox
  • Ensuring all enquires are dealt with in a professional manner
  • Despatch of brochures to prospective clients
  • Updating of the stock list for properties and availability
  • Putting together contracts and other relevant paperwork
  • Answering of sales telephone line and responding to queries
  • Booking of prospective customer viewings
  • Producing sales paperwork from initial customer order through to completion including sending "Welcome Packs"

Attributes & Experience:
  • Excellent telephone manner, organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Well presented and professional
  • New Homes or Estate Agency experience would be desirable
  • Strong administration experience of at least 1 year
  • Confident to take the initiative and work alone on tasks
  • Experience of Microsoft Office Packages and inhouse databases systems
  • You will have worked within a busy office environment completing all administration tasks, have an excellent telephone manner and strong organisational skills
