In this challenging and rewarding role you will work as part of the Inclusion Team to support young people and adults with additional needs (including SEMH needs â€" social, emotional and mental health), enabling them to access education and to increase their independence.

Applicants will need GCSE English and Maths Qualifications and a Level 2 Learning Support Qualification (or be willing to achieve within 2 years). You will need a good understanding of working with learners of mixed abilities, levels and ages and you will have the ability to work effectively across a range of vocational areas.
