We are looking for an experienced Learning Facilitator to join the team. If you share our passion for innovation and success, there has never been a better time to work for Trafford College Group!

In this challenging and rewarding role you will work as part of the Inclusion Team to support young people and adults with additional needs (including SEMH needs â€" social, emotional and mental health), enabling them to access education and to increase their independence.

Applicants will need GCSE English and Maths Qualifications and a Level 2 Learning Support Qualification (or be willing to achieve within 2 years). You will need a good understanding of working with learners of mixed abilities, levels and ages and you will have the ability to work effectively across a range of vocational areas.
