Are you a motivated, skilled and enthusiastic individual who is keen to make a difference to the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs? The Pathways curriculum, part of the Access to Learning Faculty are looking for dedicated LSA’s to work with our Pathways students.

We work with amazing young people who have a range of learning and support needs, and in some cases require aspects of intimate personal care.

These roles would be perfect for you if you are well organised, calm, patient and highly intuitive to the needs of others. There will be on the job training for the right candidate.

Some experience of using augmented communication technology or MAKATON signing would be an advantage as would basic computer literacy however training is offered.

These roles provide a rewarding and fulfilling opportunity to help our students reach their full potential. We have high aspirations and are passionate about supporting them to achieve their goals.

Experience in working with young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities would be an advantage.
