Job title:Estates Administrator
Location: Chelmsford
Rate: £9.77 per hour
Hours per week: 16 hours over 2/3 days
Duration: ASAP till 31/12/2020

Key responsibilities include

Provide a high-level expertise in administrative, secretarial and office management to support the Estates Department in a way that is responsive to their needs and contributes to the effectiveness of their roles.

Provide support to the Estate team and overall responsibility for the management of the Estates Access control system (VEREX)

Manage, co-ordinate, prepare and distribute documents for Senior Management meetings

To make and receive telephone calls on behalf of the Estates Department

Type emails, to the business of the Estates Department functions

Maintaining the department's "S" Drive to ensure documents are easy to find

The successful candidate

Experience of Microsoft Office

Strong communication and problem solving skills to overcome telephone queries

Verbal and written communication skills

Strong Interpersonal and Analytical skills.

Experience of setting up and operating administrative procedures

Experience of working unsupervised and making decisions of own initiative at times
