We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger on a part-time basis for one of our most established and growing clients in Liverpool, this is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking for clear progression within the business.

This position is a temporary contract, with the possibility of a permanent placement.

Duties will include:

-Monitoring of the purchase ledger email account

-Storing purchase invoices on an internet-based system

-Managing invoice disputes

-Setting up new suppliers on to accounts system

-Raising purchase orders when required

-Monitoring of purchasing system

-Setting up supplier payment runs

-General administrative tasks

Person specification:

-Knowledge of accounting systems

-Exceptional organisations skills

-Strong Excel & IT skills

-Will be working closely within a team so the ideal candidate will have strong communication skills

-Ability to use your own initiate

Hours of work:

9.00AM-17.00PM

Monday â€" Friday (2 days per week)

Salary:

£8.50 - £9.00ph
