My client is looking for an experienced HMO Support Officer who can support clients at risk of being homeless into sustaining their tenancies. The Support Officer will have strong experience providing Housing Solutions and options to support tenants in their accommodation and prevent homelessness. The manager understands the pressures of the role and is keen to support the Officer.

What we a looking for from you:
  • Experience supporting vulnerable clients to sustain their tenancies, including writing up support plans.
  • Strong working knowledge of Housing Options available to complex need clients
  • Working closely with clients who are at risk or Rough Sleeping or being homeless.
  • Enhanced DBS essential for this position.

What are your responsibilities?
  • To work with clients living in shared accommodation to help sustain their tenancies
  • Offering suitable Housing Solutions advice to complex needs clients
  • To produce a support plan and meet the needs identified on the support plan.

If you have previous experience in these areas and keen to develop your knowledge further this is a perfect team for you. Management that are willing to help all case managers be the best they can possibly along with a strong hour rate.
