Teaching Personnel are working closely with a Leyland based school which caters for KS3 / 4 pupils with additional needs including; SEMH Difficulties, Autism, ADHD, ODD and challenging behaviours. The School is smaller than average and generally speaking, class sizes will be under 9 pupils per class.

Your role will be to help engage the pupils in education and the curriculum, whilst managing the behaviour of the pupils in the class. The role will be full time and school hours are 8.30am - 4pm Monday - Friday. The role will require a candidate with a strong work ethic, a passion for working with disengaged young people and strong classroom / behaviour management skills. The role would suit a candidate who comes from an education or youth work background.

The school is based on the outskirts of Leyland and the role will start as soon as possible!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
