As the B2B Telemarketer/Researcher/Appointment setter, you will be responsible for the research and identification of potential new business opportunities to aid in the the development of our clients markets. Your aim will be to book appointments for representatives along with data cleansing.

What will I be doing?

You will be calling customers on behalf of a key clients on a variety if different campaign's, so the ability to work to different clients needs each week is a must, your calls will be made up of appointment setting for representatives to visit clients sites or just to gain and understand new data. You must have a good telephone manner and be happy to keep picking up the phone a proven track record in telesales, account management, appointment setting would be an advantage.

  • Have the ability to make volume outbound calls on a daily basis (no dialler system in place)
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task
  • Result orientated and confident
  • Good problem solver with the ability to fact find
  • High competency level in use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, as a
  • minimum)
  • Excellent communication ability written and verbally
