I am recruiting for a Customer Coordinator to join a very busy office in the heart of St. Austell. The successful post-holder will be responsible for supporting the Schedulers on a daily basis & providing effective communication with all stakeholders. This role is likely to go permanent for the successful candidate in the coming months.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate fully as a member of the team

Ensure all Streetworks Notices are accurate and to make sure all persons concerned are aware of all available information.

Complete all work packages for distribution

Undertake closure and filing of completed work packages

Liaise with stakeholders

General administration duties

Word processing duties

Updating client and internal systems

Produce and despatch customer notification letters/leaflets

Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints

Cover for scheduler absence

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent IT skills

Able to work under pressure

Organised& methodical approach to work

Able to communicate effectively with staff & clients at all levels

Possess good communication skills

Excellent team player

Have initiative

Self-motivated and enthusiastic
