A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to work for a highly respected and well-established Local Authority in Bolton. This role is available on a full time temporary basis.

What’s my role?

You will provide general administrative and project support to the Public Health Team in response to the ongoing Covid situation.

Duties include:
  • Assisting with project coordination across various workstreams
  • Taking notes at meetings and following up actions
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries from members of the public and councillors
  • Maintenance and updating of various project documents including action trackers

The successful candidate
  • Will have previous experience taking minutes at meetings
  • Excellent typing skills and good level of understanding of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint.
  • Experience of working in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines

The successful candidate will be able to thrive in a fast paced and outcome focused environment. You will possess great attention to detail and be able to multi-task effectively. You will also be proactive, highly motivated, organised and have the ability to work as part of a team.
