My Client is currently looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to join their busy and fast paced team to cover a period of Maternity leave. The role will initially be on a 6 month Contract but will be reviewed and possibly extended

The role will be working in an extremely fast paced environment so you must be flexible, have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise your workload effectively

Daily duties will include;
  • General Administration duties and data entry onto their bespoke system
  • Handling telephone calls and resolving queries or passing to the correct person / department
  • Raising quotes / jobs on the system - high levels of accuracy / attention to detail is required
  • Liaising with Clients to give accurate updates on jobs
  • Any other duties as required by the team / Management

The role will be to start in October 2020 to allow for a thorough training / handover period - you must be available to commence work then and commit to the contract

Working hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, however you may need to be flexible during busy times
