Starting at £9.00ph rising to £9.43ph

Our client, based in Newmarket, is looking for a Part Time Assistant to join the Administration and Finance Department. This is a part time role, but flexibility will be required, as overtime may be required depending on workload. You will be helping the head of the department with daily, periodical analysis of financial reports and cost reporting.

The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task, have an eye for detail, be able to problem solve and prioritise their workload.

Your daily duties will include, but not limited to;
  • Maintain CRM system
  • Run daily reports
  • Analysis of reports
  • Help collate hours for payroll system
  • Admin duties, such as sending emails to head of departments
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties as required

  • Experience of working in a busy administrative environment is essential.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team
  • Speed and accurate typing skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Highly organised
