Office Administrator/Receptionist - Bournemouth - Temp - £8.72 per hour

Our client based in Bournemouth is looking for an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis.

This role requires an enhanced DBS

Main responsibilities:

* Be the first point of contact for visitors, emails and phones calls, all of which are to be responded to in a professional manner.
* Liaise with all members of staff across to ensure the smooth running of the site.
* Type letters, worksheets and take minutes in meetings.
* Maintain notice boards
* Provide support and assist with the duties of the office-based colleagues at all times.

Key Skills:
  • IT literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Polite and presentable
  • Previous experience within a similar role.


This role is a temporary role up to Christmas.
