Receptionist roled based in Coventry - Salary £9.00 per hour plus holiday pay. This role is a temp to perm position and will initially be working part time hours (25/30 hours per week). The role is progressive and will eventually be full time (37 hours per week) and therefore would only suit candidates looking for full time hours.

We are recruiting for a Receptionist to cover all standard reception duties as follows:
· Meet and Greet all visitors
· Manage all incoming calls
· Provide full administrative support - WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT and OUTLOOK
· Book events and manage conferencing needs of the Business
· Co-ordinate Diaries, room bookings and all associated hospitality
· Maintain stationery stock levels

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience of working front of house or in a similar role. You will have excellent working knowledge of MS office Applications and be prepared to work flexible hours. This is a busy every changing role and flexibility is paramount.
