Customer Service Administrator

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a large distribution company in Basingstoke. This is a full time temp to perm assignment. Our client is looking for an individual who is wanting a long term position that can offer plenty of progression.

This Customer Service Administrator position will include;
- Answering phones to customers
- Speaking directly to colleagues in the contact centre
- Logging failed deliveries and assisting crews
- Dealing with queries and escalations
- Arranging deliveries and updating customers with delays
- Some general admin duties
- Dispatching and debriefing

Requirements for this role:
- Previous administration experience
- Logistics or transport knowledge is desirable
- Available immediately

This would suit someone who is looking to gain exposure within a logistics company or to gain further experience within an Administrator position.

Working on a shift pattern 5.30 - 14.30 and 14.30 - 23.30. Working every other weekend. Pay is £9.50- £10.00 per hour with the opportunity to go permanent after successful temping period.
