We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our team on a part time (0.8 FTE) permanent basis, working closely with our Head of Inclusive Learning and Development to adopt innovative approaches to manage, develop and promote Learning Support across all of Plumpton College’s campuses. The successful candidate will work with the Head of Inclusive Learning and Development and Leads to ensure that students` learning needs are met through provision, planning and monitoring and through ILPs (individual learning plans), mirroring of final exams access arrangements in 1-1s, small group support and bespoke support sessions as required.

We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate previous experience in ensuring that students with SEND are assessed effectively and that their progress is monitored appropriately. With extensive knowledge of SEND and the EHCP review process, you will be familiar with all relevant legislation. The ideal candidate will be a professional, hardworking and confident team player who is passionate about delivering the best possible support to our students.
