We have Full Time placement opportunities available for a Data Quality Auditor/Trainer

available at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust providing the following:

Communication & relationships
  • Ability to provide data quality training to a wide range of organisational stakeholders

  • Knowledge, training & experience
  • In-depth specialist knowledge of data quality and NHS data/systems acquired through a relevant qualification and equivalent experience.
  • A detailed understanding of national policy/strategies - related to data and data quality.

  • Analytical/judgement
  • Specialist data quality training/auditing expertise - analyses, interprets and DQ issues/problems.

  • Planning & organisation
  • Responsibility for planning DQ projects, training and audits (as part of an annual cycle).
  • Contributes to the development, implementation of DQ policies, procedures and SOPS.
  • Contributes to the development and delivery of the organisational DQ action plan and strategy.

  • BHT is currently undertaking an organisational review of its IM&T services. The review has already identified the need to substantially enhance the capacity, capability and leadership of its BI service in advance of a formal consultation process and the approval of a final organisational structure (including a number of new substantive posts).

    A number of posts are required in the interim to support the on-going development and delivery of high quality business intelligence and analytics to inform the decision making ability of clinicians, staff and managers at all levels of the organisation as they manage the complex challenges presented by COVID-19, service recovery and ICP/ICP developments.
