We are looking to recruit a Qualified Senior Practitioner in the Brief Intervention Team within London Borough of Camden. The successful candidate will be working in a well-structured, organised team who are growing their social worker staffing levels.

The responsibilities of the Senior Practitioner include:
  • We will only be considering candidates who
  • Are fully qualified, accredited social work professional and hold a current Social Work England registration.
  • Have experience in supervising social workers/supervisory experience or other relevant management experience and training
  • Have detailed working knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and standards in the Children and Young families' area
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skill
  • A sound understanding of safeguarding, care proceedings and court work.

To ideal candidate will have:
  • HCPC registration
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Social Work qualified (MA/BSc/DPSW/CQSW/MSc/BA)
