A new instruction with an immediate start required for a UK Sales Planning Administrator and this role will run until 31st December 2020!

Whilst the role is primarily a combination of important Data Entry work and Customer Service, experience with SAP Finance is an absolute must, together with good overall IT skills, including Excel.

An exceptional hourly rate is available and you will be working 39 hours per week.

Due to the current Covid 19 situation, the role will predominantly be working from home with a requirement to visit the office initially for your induction and occasional meetings.

We are ultimately searching for an individual with experience gained in a Sales Admin environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to develop internal & external customer relationships to a senior level. A strong knowledge of internet-based systems, EPOS, and promotional systems is preferred.

The successful candidate must be a team player with great communication skills as there will be regular communication and liaison between various departments including the Domestic General Sales Manager/National Account Controllers/NAM’s
Continual contact with Supply Chain & Supply Planning Managers, UK Domestic Customer Marketing Controller/Department.

The Role:
Reporting to the UK Sales Planning Manager, the UK Sales Planning Administrator will assist in the running of functions within the UK Domestic Sales Planning Department including assisting with Trade Funding

Overall Responsibilities:
Day to day running of all functions within the Sales Planning department
Assisting with the UK Domestic Sales full trade funding process

Specific Responsibilities:
Assist the UK Domestic Sales Reporting
Daily Sales/EPOS/Trade Funding Reports/Sales Dashboards/Sales Operational Reports
Assisting with UK Domestic Sales promotional plan
Work between Sales & Customer Marketing to collate plan
UK Domestic Sales trade funding invoices between Sales & Accounts
Liaison between Sales & Consumer Marketing

Input with Plan for Sales / Customer Marketing;
Product launch timings
Range review timings
Instore dates and launch requirement
Product specifications & waste data

Consolidate Customer Activity Plan for Sales & Customer Marketing media /support plans
Assist liaison / requirements between Sales & Project Management team
New Product Development (NPD) supply issue updates
Customer Pricing
Updates on NPD product introduction timings (Brandbank, samples, updating internal comms.)
Work with planners for manufacture dates
