Teaching Personnel are looking for qualified and experienced Teaching Assistants, Learning Mentors and Learning Support Assistants, to support Primary schools located in a deprived areas of the city.

A large percentage of the pupils we work with come from areas with complex emotional family environments, with high levels of Child Protection issues and external agency involvement.

What's required?
  • Experience developing emotional resilience for targeted children
  • Experience providing children with 1-1 support
  • Level 2 Certificate or above in Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools
  • Child Workforce Enhanced DBS (or be willing to purchase one through Teaching Personnel)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
