Your new role

As a support worker for Hays recruitment you will be making a direct difference to the lives of the people you support. You are working with your service users to promote positive outcomes and independence where possible. We will look at your unique skills and experience and place you in one of the following sectors:
  • Learning disability support
  • Childrens homes
  • Substance misuse support and recovery
  • Dementia support
  • Family support


What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced support worker with a passion for supporting vulnerable people. It is essential that you have a minimum of 6 months experience within the last 2 years.
