Our client are looking for an immediate start for a temporary position, which will be remotely based. They are looking for someone which past experience in a the same role or similar. Competitive Hourly Rate.

The Lettings Officer will be expected to:
  • You'll be providing excellent customer experience across all tenures and rented products for a diverse range of customers. You'll be letting our empty homes as quickly as possible and looking for smart solutions to speed up the process.
  • Proactively contacting customers as appropriate, ensuring they understand the housing options open to them and working with a range of letting processes.
  • Ensuring that the existing customers leave their property in the right condition, and any outstanding issues are dealt with regarding recharges or responsibilities. Also working closely with Property Services to minimise void loss and the re-let time and escalate issues as necessary.


The successful Lettings Officer Candidate will have:
  • You will have strong customer skills, able to engage with colleagues and build strong internal and external relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Previous experience of working in the housing sector.
  • Excellent numeracy, literacy and communication skills.
  • High standard of accuracy.
  • Comprehensive IT experience especially in MS products.
  • Good organisation and time management skills.
  • Experience in a customer service environment and resolving complex customer cases and challenging situations.
