Horizon Teachers are working on behalf of an outstanding SEN school which is currently searching for a learning support assistant to join their team. The role is based in West London and the school have a clear vision of diversity and equality being key in their ethos.

Qualities required for this role include:
- Enthusiastic and understanding working with vulnerable children
- Passionate and willingness to get hands on
- Comfortable to work 1:1 with students with Autism and complex needs
- Understanding the use of picture cards and basic Makaton
