The role holder will focus on maintaining Aviva’s strategy of profitable growth, developing new products, representing Aviva PI at external events, industry bodies and with key internal partners. We know our strong reputation in the market, and we are looking for someone to help us grow beyond.

The role’s duties:
  • Responsibility for the performance and development of the PI Account, currently £70m
  • Reviewing technical, legal issues & developments and producing proposals to reduce risk, exploit opportunities
  • Building effective working relationships with key business partners within Market Management, CTU, Claims, Finance, Legal and intermediaries
  • Working collaboratively across business line to deliver results and championing customer excellence
  • Building our strengths and capabilities through mentoring, identifying training needs, sharing best practice and increasing morale to increase the team’s potential to perform


Skills & experiences required:
  • A strong track record of profitable growth and portfolio turnaround/exits across several key PI portfolios
  • Strong embedded broker and customer relationships across PI
  • Evidence of strong performance management and leadership ability
  • A passion and background for Continuous Improvement
  • Enthusiastic financial literacy coupled with thinking, talking and acting commercially
