THE COMPANY:

Brewster Partners are working with our client to recruit for a Technical Advisor on a temporary basis in Rotherham.

THE JOB:
  • Taking high volume calls from customers on a day to day basis.
  • Offering product advice when required.
  • Dealing with complaints in a patient and friendly manner.
  • Providing technical support.
  • Administration support processing customer returns and general administration support.

THE PERSON:
  • Previous experience in a customer service/helpdesk role.
  • Zendesk experience preferred.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Able to work to their own initiative.
  • Conversant with Microsoft word and excel
  • Ability to respond to changing demands
  • Customer focused
  • Responsive and inquisitive

THE BENEFITS:
  • Hours of work Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm
  • Immediate start.
  • 35 hours a week
