Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm, this is a temporary role.

Our client is looking for an experience out bound, high call volume telesales person.

This role will consist primarily of making outbound calls to prospective customers who have received marketing information via email; with the purpose of converting them into a brochure or test drive.

  • Making up to 300 new car offer calls each day, converting 20% of these into test drives, call backs from dealerships and Ebrochures sent.
  • Warm welcome surveys, this is to see how the customer found the retailer and the car itself.
  • General enquiries line, taking 100-130 calls a day, being the first point of contact for all customers.
  • Manning a LiveChat service all day, which customers can access online and ask any question.
  • Affinity with cold calling - ability to make unscripted and unsolicited calls.

To be considered you should have:
  • Experience within a customer facing environment.
  • Understands importance of customer experience.
  • Customer service experience, ideally in a Prestige, Retail environment.
  • Knowledge of the Motor industry - desirable.
  • Able to operate efficiently in a high volume, high tempo business area.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
  • Good level of numeracy, literacy, and administration skills.
  • Good organisational skills.
