Role: Customer Security Administrator

Hours: 08:30 - 17:30

Contract: Temporary

Pay Rate: £9.51 per hour

Location: Melmerby

Start date: October 2020 â€" January 2021

Reed are working with a prestigious family business based in Melmerby, who are expanding year on year. They are looking for several individuals to join their Fraud Checking Department.

The role will include:

- General administration to support Order Processing team.

- Monitoring and producing batches for sales orders.

- Downloading and quality checking online and telephone sales orders using a number of bespoke systems.

- Conduct security checks on sales orders in line with compliance guidelines, identifying any fraudulent activity.

- Quality control of customer orders and printed documents.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to use own initiative and an excellent team player.

- Administration experience.
