Our client is based within Milton Keynes and are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator on a temporary contract to start next week until the end of the year. Hours of work Mon - Fri 09.00am until 5pm. Hourly pay rate of £10.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:
  • Contact all accounts to ensure they have all the necessary orders forms / points of contact.
  • Create a weekly email blast to send out to customers informing them of the key lines to buy and what’s on TV for that month.
  • Answer enquires relating to open orders and delivery. Team member will be sent an open order report every Tuesday / Thursday so if a customer needs an up to date order report they can extract the information and send on.
  • Receive completed order forms from customers, input their customer number and send onto key accounts for placing.
  • Answer general queries relating to new launches / products.
  • Review, upkeep & manage the weekly report for Indies â€" update contact details etc.

Skills and Experience
  • Experience in providing admin support in a sales environment
  • Strong skills in Excel (Pivot tables, formula) and Powerpoint, as well as MS Office in general
  • Experience in working with web-based sales systems ideal
  • SAP experience preferred
