Caretaker for a Primary school in Kenilworth - 7.15 till 9 am and 3.30 - 6.15 pm

This small primary school is on the outskirts of Kenilworth. Your new role
The role is on a temporary basis and you will be required to work 7.15am to 9am and 3.30pm to 6.15pm Monday to Friday. You will have a proven track record of site maintenance/caretaking within the education sector. You will have general responsibility to ensure the appearance and security of the school are maintained at all times. You will supervise and organise all cleaning duties within the school and its facilities such as vacuuming, glass cleaning, dusting and toilet cleaning. You will be responsible for opening and locking up the school as well as responding to any call outs and facilitating events and lettings on the school grounds. You must complete health and safety checks and complete the necessary paperwork for these. Complete 'handy jobs' such as painting and repairing equipment throughout the school.

What you'll need to succeed
Applications will be accepted from those with similar experience, ideally within an education setting. We will need to uptake reference for the last 2 years and you will need to have DBS.
