Are you an experienced SEN Classroom Teacher looking to take on a Full Time position following October Half Term? Are you familiar working with both Primary or Secondary SEN Pupils with Challenging Behaviour?

Pertemps Education are currently working in partnership with a number of SEN Provisions and Schools based in Romford, Redbridge, and Ilford. These provisions are currently looking to take on 3 new SEN Class Teachers at either a Primary or Secondary level. All provisions follow an ethos that focuses on providing a passionate and dedicated method to education amongst their young learners.

These are full time positions from Monday to Friday, typically an 8:30am start to 3:45pm finish across all 3 sites. This is an opportuntiy to take on a long term (leading to permanent) position to keep you in work during such an unprecedented period of time (covid-19 pandemic).

What the ideal candidate would look like:

  • Experienced CORE Subjects (Mathematics, Sciences, English) OR
  • Confident across Key Stages 1 to Key Stage 4 & GCSE.
  • Familiar working with children of extreme challenging behaviour (SEMH) or Profound difficulty (PMLD)
  • Have DBS Enhanced Certification (Update Service)
  • Availability for October Half Term
  • Passionate individual looking to build a career within SEN, or take on a full time position temporarily across the academic year.
  • QTS Certification (PGCE or QTLS accepted) - please do not apply without this accreditation
