  • CoramBAAF Head of Member Services
  • CoramBAAF Manager of Training and Advice
  • CoramBAAF Publications Manager
  • Projects/programmes as assigned

Salary Range: c.£68k

About the Role

This role reports to the CEO and provides operational leadership to CoramBAAF as the leading national professional membership body for adoption and fostering and works with colleagues in Coram-I and Impact and Evaluation and Coram International to further Coram’s vision for a national centre of excellence for children.

It is particularly suitable for an enterprising multi-functional leader with strategic commercial expertise in consultancy subscription or membership areas, fluent in policy and practice in family placement, and with the personal leadership authority and credibility to secure change in systems, processes and delivery methods.

The team is distributed and currently remote working; a hybrid work pattern including some attendance at the Coram Campus in London WC1 is anticipated for the future.
