Our Client is a B2B Marketing Agency, with a fabulous office in Fareham and a lively, fun loving team!

We are currently recruiting for Temporary Telemarketers who are hard- working, ambitious and hungry to succeed.

A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.

  • Contact businesses using the CRM to promote a clients’ services
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
  • Go the "extra mile" to meet targets
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
  • Account management of allocated clients

  • Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting KPI's
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software)

    and telephone systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Skilled in negotiation
  • Persistent and results-oriented
  • Patient and able to handle rejection
  • Hunger to be at the top
