Calling all Residential Support workers

I require a number of support workers to work with our client in Lymington. We are working with an Autism School, and we need Day and Night Support workers to primarily work in the residential area providing guidance, support and encouragement to young people in a variety of settings including classroom, education and off site activities. The role is about working as part of a team to maintain a stable, happy and caring environment that puts the health, safety and welfare of our young people first. Important qualities of this role are being a good role model and conducting yourself in a professional manner at all times whilst on duty or representing the company at outside events. You will be working on a shift pattern, and will be paid £9 and £10 per hour.

Both of these position are full time and temporary to permanent, meaning that you can try before you commit to the role. The idea is that you will be initially employed by Reed, and get paid weekly for your shifts at the Residential School. After approximately 12 weeks, you will be then offered the opportunity to be employed directly by the client, and become part of their work force.

If you are interested, please apply with your most recent CV, DBS on the update service would be beneficial.
