The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our fantastic, well established and ever-growing clients based in Leeds. This role will be for an Administrator, starting temporary leading to a permanent position.

Location: Leeds (LS14)

Job Type: Temporary - Permanent

Pay Rate: £9.10 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday (9am-5pm)

For this role your duties will be:
  • Includes allocating stock and assigning picks
  • Ensuring other warehouse tasks such as stock replenishments and manufacturing are prioritised correctly
  • This role is primarily admin-driven but will extend into production of reports on individual and team performance
  • Maintaining Auditable QA records
  • Assisting and reporting findings to help identify and monitor business and individual KPIs
  • Office administration and reporting

Requirements:
  • Fluent in the English language, both speaking and written
  • Be able to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
  • Be proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Have a strong understanding of how stock/ERP systems work
  • Have experience managing multiple on-going tasks at any one time
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Be able to take responsibility for tasks using their own initiative
