Prospero Health and Social Care are looking for agency staff to work within a busy mental health environment. The services you may will be working with are mental health services for female and male adults with complex behavioural needs and learning disabilities.

Care Worker Contract/Position Details:
  • Location - Weston Super Mare
  • Position - Agency Mental Health Support Worker
  • Type of work - Supporting service users with Mental Health
  • Start date - ASAP
  • Likely Duration - Ongoing agency cover
  • Position end date - Until leave
  • Contract type - Temporary
  • Full-time potential
  • Minimum rate of pay - £9ph
  • Maximum rate of pay - £12ph
  • Hours - Various day shifts and/or waking nights

Care worker Experience, Training and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 months of Support Work experience
  • PMVA or equivalent training
  • Other online training is imperative; you can undertake a free courses with Prospero Health and Social Care
  • You will need to have a caring and supportive attitude
  • Practical Moving and Handling certificate

To be eligible for any Care Work with Prospero Health and Social Care you must:
  • Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
  • Possess an enhanced DBS certificate registered with online update service or be willing to process a new application.
  • Provide two professional health care related references.
