My client in South West England are seeking a qualified mental health social worker to join their adult services. The role will be working from home for 2 days a week whilst being on visits for 3 days.

The rate of pay for this role is £30p/h (Umbrella)

The role will involve the following:
  • Working with people over the age of 18 with a range of mental health conditions
  • To plan and deliver outcome focused interventions linked to promoting independence and social inclusion
  • Promoting recovery and social inclusion with individuals and families
  • Safeguard adults & facilitate personalised support planning
  • Provide key work, risk assessment and support planning for service users to help successful recovery focused achievement of their personal goals

Requirements of the role:
  • Qualified Social Worker
  • SW England registered
  • Ability to prioritise work
  • Experience in working with S117 Aftercare assessments
  • Understand and implement a performance and quality framework
  • Participate in reflective and group supervision
