The Best Connection Group Oldham are recruiting a Office Admin for our client in the Heywood area.

Background in a logistics environment an advantage

Work from now until September 2021 then reviewed

Responsibilities:-
  • Convey a professional telephone manner to all customers at all times
  • Answer all sales, returns question either via marketplace messages, phone or email
  • Basic data entry
  • Team player to support the office staff
  • Be aware of, and work to, all Health and Safety procedures
  • All aspects of general admin
  • Comfortable with Microsoft office

Position Requirements
  • Ability to multitask (computers and phones)
  • Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to interact with different people and departments
  • Be smart and well presented in general appearance.
  • Work references required
  • Office experinence essential

The hourly rate is £9.26 per hour with overtime rates applied after weekly hours

  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
