SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a temporary Office Administrator to join one of their clients based in Burton. This will be on a temporary basis, to cover a maternity contract, for between 9 and 12 months, the client are looking for someone to start in November.

Typical duties for the role will include:

Processing invoices
Inputting invoices on to the bespoke company system
Inputting data on to Excel spreadsheets
Compiling and typing reports
General filing
General office support

This is definitely a business where everyone gets involved and helps out so the successful candidate must be adaptable and have the ability to multitask. In addition, you must have a minimum of 2 years administration experience and be advanced at Word and Excel.

Hours for the role are 8 - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8 - 3.30pm on a Friday!
