Are you an experienced support worker, looking to work with vulnerable adults and children in their own homes?

If the answer is yes, then we need you!

We are looking for support workers to work with Children and adults with learning disabilities, mental health, dementia and physical disabilities, with an aim to support people to have a safe and secure home, to live independently as possible in their own home, to live as full a life as possible and to be part of the local community.

A successful support worker will be responsible for:

- Supporting the social and educational needs of children and adults
- Helping the children, adults and young people to build relationships and establish routines- Co-ordinating with the wider care team
- Ensuring children and adults are kept safe at all times
- Maintaining a professional manner and working to National Care Standards
- Working to a flexible schedule, including night shifts, weekends and bank holidays

To be successful in your application, you will:

- Have previous experience working in a care setting with young people and adults
- Be comfortable with lone working
- Register under the PVG scheme
- Hold a full driving licence
- Have obtained SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent (desirable)
