Compliance Coordinator required for a 6 month temporary role in Ashington.

The Role

Working within a sizeable team, and reporting to the Compliance Manager the Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for seeking quotations from contractors, supporting with invoice entry, scanning invoices and documents, updating IT systems and maintaining administrative records. Processing, scanning and filing legislative documentation, monitoring the progress of completion of works, processing service documentation, completions and certification, observing and delivering services in line with operational policies and procedures, legislative and regulatory obligations. Maintaining an in-depth and current knowledge of all relevant legislation and best practice relating to all areas of compliance.

The role requires someone who is a self-starter, who can work to tight deadlines.

37 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements.

Experience Required

Applicants must have relevant experience. Desirable qualifications include: BOHS Certificate of Competence in Legionella, FPA Certificate in Fire Management, NEBOSH National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management, National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety.


£20,000 per annum
