Experienced Support Worker required in Brighton

Your new company
You would be working in a residential care home for children. This home has anywhere from 4-6 children at one time but you will be on shift with other support workers on a 1-to-1 basis with the children or maximum 1-to-2 basis.

Your new role
The new role will involve working closely and caring for individual children in a residential home setting, you will have an opportunity to make a real difference in these children's life. You will help them to become more independent, over-coming any potential difficulties

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working with children or young people at a CQC/Ofsted registered home on your CV. You will also have a NVQ level 2 in health and social care, above or equivalent. Ideally you will be able to drive as well but this isn't necessarily needed.
