The Pricing Team is a pricing support team providing day to day support to the Bidfood team of National Account Managers, Depot Sales Teams, Commercial Finance & their customers. As a key member of the Pricing team, you will be responsible for ensuring internal and external deadlines are met across all areas within Bidfood.

You will be responsible for providing support to the National and Depot Sales teams and Commercial Finance in relation to pricing and inputting customer and pricing data into the Bidfood Systems.

This role will involve inputting/amending customer trading terms for in the system, loading pricing both cost/list pricing and sell prices into the system, price reviews and general price management.

The involvement of periodic audits on customer master data and pricing to ensure data integrity and maintenance. You will also follow processes for the daily uploads, D cost maintenance, validations for price amendments, additions and deletions.

Support ongoing margin enhancements activities and daily/ weekly / monthly reporting to the sales teams to demonstrate current positions.

You will process requests for information or action within required deadlines. You will ensure that you work to set KPI’s and you will be involved in projects as requested by your Line Manager.

About you
  • A comprehensive knowledge of Bidfood is preferable, depot infrastructure and office processes and procedures.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Excel and Word skills, together with knowledge of Access Databases would be advantageous.
  • The proven ability to generate, read and understand statistical reports.
  • You will have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
