Currently seeking HR Administrator for a distributor of freight in the Colnbrook area.

Responsibilities of the HR Administrator
  • Process letters in relation to employment offers
  • Respond to reference request for ex employees and other requests
  • Utilise HR systems to ensure accurate recording of data
  • Ensure all information is stored in line with GDPR
  • To deal with packs for new starters
  • Prepare files for audit
  • Take on additional ad-hoc administrative responsibilities as and when required

Requirements of the HR Administrator
  • Previouis experience of working in a HR admin function
  • Strong IT skills - word, excel and powerpoint
  • Highly organised
  • Strong customer service skills
