My client with corporate offices in Hitchin are recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join them. You will be part of a friendly and down to earth team who enjoy what they do.

Duties
  • Answering incoming phone calls from clients and external parties
  • Creating quotes from initial client enquiries
  • Upload and process all new orders
  • Resolving client queries and investigating when necessary
  • Updating internal systems and teams with accurate updates and information
  • Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone
  • Updating customers regarding delivery schedules and stock
  • Tracking all returns
  • Supporting the after sales team to accurately reflect stock levels and credit and debits exc
  • Keeping customers updated or contacting them to obtain further information

The successful person will:
  • Have previous experience using internal systems and databases
  • Fantastic customer service and communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to prioritise and organise your workload
  • Able to resolve discrepancies and problem solve
